As a wholesale OEM manufacturer, we provide a high-tech bending and polishing department to create a variety of tube forms.
The bending and polishing department at ACME Specialty employs single and multiple bend hydraulic machines for limitless configurations of tubular forms. Round tubing up to 1-1/2" in diameter is a commonly used component in many of our mirror support systems. We offer a wide range of standard radius forms and fixturing components to keep set-up costs to a minimum.
At ACME Specialty, we also offer polishing and buffing services to our wholesale OEM distributor clients. Polishing and buffing to a high luster finish is a preliminary step for anodizing or chrome plating. These services assist us in creating the highest-quality products for each and every one of our clients.
